Ajax staff is missing in FM 22. Why is that? Because of a licensing issue of course. But you needn’t worry about that. I have a FM 22 Ajax staff fix for you. We also have FM 22 license fix but I guess that doesn’t solve the Ajax staff issue.
Since this is a database pack, it is not compatible with an existing save. You need to start a new career in order to load FM 22 original Ajax staff.
FM22 Ajax no staff fix adds all the coaches, assistant managers, scouts, doctors, physios, etc. to the club. So that you can enjoy the game with real people. Fake staff or no staff on Ajax is absolutely bummer and literally unplayable.
FM22 Ajax Staff Fix
Currently in vanilla Football Manager 22, almost all of the Ajax staff missing. Except Marc Overmars and Erik ten Hag. I hate licensing issues on Football Manager.

This FM 22 ajax staff update fixes all the issues and adds the missing personnel. Since this is a database pack, you need to start a new career and load the Ajax staff database. It is compatible with other database packs.
Installation is also quite simple. If you are using the steam version of the game, just subscribe to the steam workshop page. If not, copy-paste mod file to the:
C: \ Users \ [Your Name] \ Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2022 \ editor data
