FM 2021 has its own in-game editor. But that is not the only editor out there. FMscout editor and FMRTE are also equally great. With these editor you can edit in-game stuff such as players, clubs, finances, and even leagues.
All you have to do is editing your league via FM editor. Go to your league’s rules. Increase the foreign player limit or completely remove it. Then go back to your game, save, and continue playing. 3. Choosing a Team From a League With No Foreign Player Limit
